Registration and on-going Supports Coordination
Admission begins with registration. If the person has a diagnosis of mental retardation, he/she is assigned a Supports Coordinator. The Supports Coordinator, in partnership with the individual and family, develops a yearly service plan. The purpose of this plan is to id e needs of t
Other services include: Early Intervention Services (for children 0-5 years old), therapy consultation, day services (for adults), Community Integrated Employment, residential services, outpatient counseling, and psychiatric consultation. Mental Health services are also available.
