The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia (VNA) provides comprehensive, home and community-based health related programs and services to all people regardless of their ability to pay. They provide traditional home health care such as Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, Home Health Aid Services, and Homemaker Services. They also provide Home Infusion Services, Mental Health Services, Continence Care, Hospital Liaison Services, Continuous Care Services, Supportive Care During Life Threatening Illness, Hospice Care, Long Term Care, Disease Management Products, and Wound/Ostomy Care. Special Kids Network
This is a free, statewide network for families, like yours, with children who have special needs or disabilities. This number will connect you to an information and referral specialist in one of six regional areas. They can help you get connected to a range of resources and supports services in your community including therapies and health care products. The Special Kids Network works closely with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania which links parents of children with disabilities to other parents in similar situations.
