Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis Treatment (ESPDT)
Provides free preventative health care, including referral and assistance in scheduling physical exams, hearing and vision testing, immunizations, growth and developmental assessments, dental exams, routine lab tests, and transportation assistance to and from appointments. They can provide free eyeglasses, hearing aids, braces and assistive technology. You must have a Medical Assistance Access Card.

Ventilator Assisted Children/Home Program
This statewide program provides support and advocacy to families caring for children who are ventilator-assisted living at home. Their goal is to promote high quality, cost-effective care while supporting families in coping with their extraordinary endeavor. Limited funding for respite care services is available.

Special Kids Network
This is a free, statewide network for families, like yours, with children who have special needs or disabilities. This number will connect you to an information and referral specialist in one of six regional areas. They can help you get connected to a range of resources and supports services in your community. The Special Kids Network works closely with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania which links parents of children with disabilities to other parents in similar situations.
